We are looking for a professional profile with consolidated experience in Personal Banking, who will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and business.

The selected person must attend to and manage their own client portfolio, maintaining and increasing their activity through the marketing of financial products and services oriented toward this segment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all necessary actions aimed at achieving the established business objectives, promoting the commercial policies defined for this purpose.
• Acquire new clients and business, being proactive in the search for new clients and complying with formal obligations and risk analysis of potential clients prior to the proposal for adoption and review.
• Ensure compliance with the regulations implemented by the Bank in all investment information tasks and/or client advisory services performed.
• Guarantee that the risk operations proposed are appropriate for the client's profile, make economic sense, and comply with the criteria established by current regulations.
• Ensure an excellent level of attention and service to all current and potential clients, acting effectively and efficiently in all duties, according to the regulations established by the Bank.

Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client management and the marketing of banking products will be valued.
• A university degree, preferably in Business and/or Economics, and a qualification in personal and/or private banking advisory will be valued.
• Good relationship and communication skills; high capacity for teamwork.
• High customer orientation and orientation toward results and the achievement of objectives.
