Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Campaign in a CRM or Marketing Automation environment.
Solid SQL and Python skills for data analysis, automation and campaign execution and data quality controls.
Proven knowledge of customer journey design, campaign management and customer segmentation strategies including performance measurement and KPI monitoring.
Understanding of GDPR, consent management and customer communication governance; experience in banking, insurance or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, business, technology and compliance stakeholders and to manage cross-functional projects.

Role details and how to fit into the team
Join Deutsche Bank as a CRM / Marketing Automation Specialist and help shape customer engagement across digital channels. You will design, implement and optimize data-driven communication journeys using leading marketing automation platforms, working closely with Marketing, Product, Technology and Compliance teams.
Responsibilities
• Design, execute and optimize customer communication campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and landing pages.
• Build, maintain and optimize automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign.
• Manage audience segmentation, data selection and campaign controls and campaign performance monitoring to ensure accurate and effective customer communications and achieve business KPIs.
• Develop SQL- and Python-based solutions to support automation, reporting, integrations and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all communications comply with GDPR requirements, consent-management rules and internal governance standards.
Skills
