About the role

At Dia we want to bring in a Project and Construction Administrative Assistant for the Real Estate and Procurement Directorate. The selected candidate will join with the aim of carrying out the technical-economic control and administrative management of construction projects, ensuring budget compliance and document tracking.

What you'll do

Your duties will include

  • Request quotes from suppliers, process material orders and coordinate their timely delivery to stores, resolving any issues.

  • Technical-economic control of the investment (Capex/Opex).

  • Manage and keep construction folders up to date in Drive with all mandatory documentation (contracts, insurance, licenses) throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Process invoices, manage Authorized Investment Requests (SAIs) and carry out payment tracking with Finance.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department and maintain close, service-oriented communication with suppliers and regional offices.

Requirements

  • Higher-level vocational training (FPII) in Administration and Finance, or equivalent university degree.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative management (experience in technical departments, construction management, purchasing or accounting is highly valued).

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in using digital tools and automated environments.

  • Knowledge or prior experience with tools such as SAP, AS400 or Cofax is a plus.
