What you'll do

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of guidelines regarding our operating model and boost the performance of assigned stores, guaranteeing success in the area.

- Lead, motivate, and develop the teams at each store, fostering a high-performance environment.

- Implement, together with store managers, actions aimed at improving their sales and the results of their stores.

- Participate and get involved, together with HR, in the selection, training, evaluation, and development of the teams in the stores under your responsibility.

- Optimize resources and implement efficient actions and processes to maximize daily operations, improve sales, and profitability.

- Analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure quality in customer service, merchandising, and the correct implementation of all our policies.

- Manage, from an economic standpoint, the proper allocation of human resources to points of sale, controlling and establishing action plans aimed at improving productivity and reducing absenteeism.

- Establish fluid communication, acting as a link between senior management and stores to convey strategies and objectives.
