About the role

At Dia España we want to bring in a Regional Recruitment and Training Technician at the Mad Este Directorate. The selected candidate will join the HR team with the aim of meeting the staffing needs of the Delegations in terms of recruitment and training.

What you'll do

Their responsibilities will be: 

Select the best professionals for the company through recruitment

processes that comply with current regulations and internal procedures.

● Coordinate with the HR Administration area and the training team all the

necessary documentation for hiring and onboarding training, as well as

any other necessary procedures that may arise.

● Support the DIA employer branding actions defined by the

HR department (job fairs, talent attraction programs, internships...).

● Support the organization of training for Delegations staff within the

Annual Training Plan.

● Collaborate on new HR projects, contributing experience and expertise.

● Monitor the delivery of training in all formats.

● Deliver training actions.

● Use the learning platform at user level: create groups, register actions.

In addition to the above, the candidate will carry out other extraordinary and occasional tasks when

required by company needs, provided they are related to their

area of responsibility.

Requirements

- Desirable experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position/functions, either within or outside the

company, preferably in the retail sector.

• IT skills

Microsoft Office package (advanced level)

Google package (advanced level)

Social media management (expert level)

Experience with digital recruitment and training platforms will be valued.

Education & certifications

- Desirable education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas of specialization: Education,

Psychology, or Teaching.
