About the role

At Dia we want to bring in a ZONE MAINTENANCE MANAGER, to manage the stores in the assigned zone in Extremadura. The selected person will join the Properties team, with the responsibility of managing a team of people to carry out the Maintenance and Construction functions for the store network.

What you'll do

Their duties will be:

Supervise the condition of the stores in their area and the work of the contractors.

Follow up on incidents reported by the stores, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

Monitor contractors and supervise the work carried out.

Execute special maintenance renovation projects.

Monitor and analyze energy consumption.

Control expenditure and investment, supervise and sign contractor invoices.

Keep the technical and accounting inventory up to date.

Supervise compliance with the mandatory periodicity of Regulatory Inspections regarding installations in the assigned store network.

Vocational training in refrigeration or installations
