We are looking for a professional with experience in industrial environments to join the production area of an established company located in the Mérida area.

This is a key position within the industrial process, with both operational and technical duties related to machinery adjustment and resolving mechanical issues.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and supervising the machinery on the production line, ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment, the continuity of the production process, and compliance with the quality, safety, and efficiency standards established by the company.

Main duties

Operating, controlling, and supervising industrial production machinery.
Performing adjustments, format changes, configuration, and equipment start-up.
Carrying out preventive and basic corrective maintenance tasks on machinery.
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving minor mechanical breakdowns.
Monitoring the production line's operation and detecting potential deviations.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Coordinating with maintenance and production teams to optimize line performance.
Recording incidents and reporting technical intervention needs.

The selected candidate will act as a machine operator and mechanic for production line machinery, ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment and guaranteeing the continuity of the production process.
