The Equipment Assembly Technician is a role focused on the assembly, repair, and commissioning of our production equipment. As a key part of the team, this role performs technical tasks with precision, follows established work standards, and contributes to the commissioning and scaling of manufacturing processes.

This position is essential for meeting production deadlines and ensuring the high quality of our reactor systems.

• Perform the assembly, testing, and installation of specialized plasma reactor equipment on a production scale, under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers.
• Execute the commissioning and operation of new assembly lines in Zaragoza, adapting to evolving layouts and manufacturing processes to support high production volumes.
• Maintain high quality standards and consistent performance to meet demanding production deadlines, in accordance with the guidelines of coordination supervisors.
• Consistently apply Best Known Methods (BKMs) and the work standards learned during training, ensuring equipment reliability.
• Support the implementation of new equipment designs and modifications within the plant, actively collaborating with the local team.

• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in a relevant hands-on environment (e.g., manufacturing, mechanical/electrical assembly, or troubleshooting); formal technical training will be valued.
• Mandatory proficiency with standard mechanical tools, including torque wrenches and screwdrivers, as well as basic knowledge of fastening properties.
• Fluent Spanish is mandatory; English proficiency will be valued.
• Availability to complete up to 3 months of in-person training in the U.S. and Trujillo.

• Experience with vacuum systems, electrical controls, or gas distribution systems (e.g., VCR connections, pumps, PLCs, or sensors) will be valued.

The initial schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, with regular 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week). This schedule may be adjusted as our operations evolve.

Completion of 2 to 3 months of in-person training in the U.S. and Trujillo will be required.

El/la Técnico/a de Montaje de Equipos es un rol centrado en el ensamblaje, reparación y puesta en marcha de nuestros equipos de producción. Como parte clave del equipo, este rol ejecuta tareas técnicas con precisión, sigue estándares de trabajo establecidos y contribuye a la puesta en marcha y escalado de los procesos de fabricación.

Esta posición es fundamental para cumplir con los plazos de producción y garantizar la alta calidad de nuestros sistemas de reactores.

• Realizar el ensamblaje, pruebas e instalación de equipos especializados de reactores de plasma a escala productiva, bajo la supervisión de técnicos senior e ingenieros.
• Ejecutar la puesta en marcha y operación de nuevas líneas de ensamblaje en Zaragoza, adaptándose a layouts y procesos de fabricación en evolución para soportar altos volúmenes de producción.
• Mantener altos estándares de calidad y un rendimiento constante para cumplir con plazos de producción exigentes, según las directrices de los responsables de coordinación.
• Aplicar de forma consistente las Best Known Methods (BKMs) y los estándares de trabajo adquiridos durante la formación, garantizando la fiabilidad de los equipos.
• Dar soporte a la implementación de nuevos diseños y modificaciones de equipos en planta, colaborando activamente con el equipo local.

• Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia técnica en un entorno práctico relevante (p. ej., fabricación, ensamblaje mecánico/eléctrico o resolución de averías); se valorará formación técnica formal.
• Dominio obligatorio de herramientas mecánicas estándar, incluyendo llaves dinamométricas y atornilladores, así como conocimientos básicos sobre propiedades de fijación.
• Nivel fluido de español obligatorio; se valorarán conocimientos de inglés.
• Disponibilidad para completar hasta 3 meses de formación presencial en EE. UU. y Trujillo.

• Se valorará experiencia con sistemas de vacío, controles eléctricos o sistemas de distribución de gases (p. ej., conexiones VCR, bombas, PLCs o sensores).

El horario inicial para esta posición será de lunes a viernes, con jornadas regulares de 8 horas (40 horas semanales). Este horario podría ajustarse a medida que evolucionen nuestras operaciones.

Se requerirá completar entre 2 y 3 meses de formación presencial en EE. UU. y Trujillo.
