Corporate Driver & Operations Assistant

At Diamond Foundry we are looking to hire a Corporate Driver & Operations Assistant for our Trujillo plant.

In this role, you will be key to ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of the executive team, plant personnel, and VIP clients between Trujillo and Madrid. Additionally, you will manage and inspect the corporate vehicle and provide continuous support in essential operational tasks within the plant.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible professional with previous experience in corporate or representative driving, strongly committed to safety, service excellence, and rigorous compliance with the company's operational standards.

1. Transfers and Routes: Safe transportation of personnel, clients, and confidential materials between Trujillo and Madrid.

2. Vehicle Maintenance: Cleaning, refueling, inspections, and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

3. Office Support: Preparation for visits and various corporate tasks

4. In-Person Procedures: External procedures at notaries, post offices, or official bodies in Trujillo/Cáceres.

5. Support in plant operational areas

1. Driver's License B and Driving: Valid B license and experience on highways and in cities (Trujillo-Madrid routes).

2. Experience: 2 to 3 years in similar positions

3. Residence: Residence in Trujillo or nearby municipalities (Cáceres) is valued

4. Skills: Basic office software proficiency and intermediate English

5. Forklift certification is valued

En Diamond Foundry estamos buscando incorporar un/a Corporate Driver & Operations Assistant para nuestra planta de Trujillo.

En este rol, serás clave para garantizar el traslado seguro y eficiente del equipo directivo, personal de planta y clientes VIP entre Trujillo y Madrid. Asimismo, asumirás la gestión e inspección del vehículo corporativo y brindarás soporte continuo en labores operativas esenciales dentro de la planta.

Buscamos a un/a profesional proactivo/a y responsable, con experiencia previa en conducción corporativa o de representación, fuertemente comprometido/a con la seguridad, la excelencia en el servicio y el cumplimiento riguroso de los estándares operativos de la compañía.

1. Traslados y Rutas: Transporte seguro de personal, clientes y material confidencial entre Trujillo y Madrid.

2. Mantenimiento del vehículo: Limpieza, repostaje, revisiones e inspección del vehículo asignado.

3. Soporte de Oficina: Preparación para visitas y tareas corporativas varias

4. Gestiones Presenciales: Trámites externos en notarías, correos u organismos oficiales de Trujillo/Cáceres.

5. Soporte en áreas operativas de planta

2. Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en puestos similares

3. Residencia: Valorable residencia en Trujillo o municipios cercanos (Cáceres).

4. Competencias: Manejo de ofimática nivel básico e inglés intermedio

5. Valorable curso de carretillero
