Industrial Cleaning Operator

Diamond Foundry is looking to hire an Industrial Cleaning Operator for our plant located in Trujillo, Spain. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining facilities in optimal cleaning, order, and safety conditions, as well as properly managing waste generated by production activity.

We are looking for a person with experience in industrial environments, committed to safety, quality, and compliance with established operational procedures.

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks in production areas, warehouses, laboratories, technical zones, and common areas of the plant.

• Manage the collection, sorting, temporary storage, and internal movement of waste, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport waste, supplies, and materials within the plant.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support different departments in operational tasks related to cleaning, space organization, and material management when necessary.

• At least 2 years of prior experience in industrial cleaning, waste management, or similar functions in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings.

• Valid forklift license and demonstrated experience in its operation.

• Knowledge of good industrial safety and waste management practices.

• Valuable prior experience in industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing plants.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener las instalaciones en condiciones óptimas de limpieza, orden y seguridad, así como de gestionar adecuadamente los residuos generados por la actividad productiva.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en entornos industriales, comprometida con la seguridad, la calidad y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos establecidos.

• Realizar tareas de limpieza industrial en áreas productivas, almacenes, laboratorios, zonas técnicas y espacios comunes de la planta.

• Gestionar la recogida, clasificación, almacenamiento temporal y movimiento interno de residuos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad y medioambiente.

• Operar carretillas elevadoras y otros equipos de manipulación de materiales para el transporte de residuos, materiales y suministros dentro de la planta.

• Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, ordenadas y seguras, colaborando en iniciativas de mejora continua.

• Apoyar a diferentes departamentos en tareas operativas relacionadas con limpieza, organización de espacios y gestión de materiales cuando sea necesario.

• Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en limpieza industrial, gestión de residuos o funciones similares en entornos de fabricación, logística o industria.

• Carnet de carretilla elevadora en vigor y experiencia demostrable en su manejo.

• Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de seguridad industrial y gestión de residuos.

• Valorable experiencia previa en plantas industriales, químicas, farmacéuticas, alimentarias o manufactureras.
