Quality Operator

As a Quality Technician, you will play a key and hands-on role in maintaining the excellence standards of our production teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that every component meets our quality requirements throughout the assembly process.

Reporting directly to the Quality Engineer, you will act as the main link between the production area and the quality team. Your duties will include carrying out detailed inspections, managing technical documentation, and supporting root cause analyses, with the aim of ensuring the maximum performance and reliability of our reactor systems.

• Carry out detailed inspections of machined parts and assemblies to verify compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and test reports.
• Lead the collection of data and technical documentation required for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes, contributing to the efficient resolution of quality issues with suppliers and in production.
• Maintain accurate and traceable quality records that ensure compliance with internal standards and the ISO 9001 standard.
• Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering teams to monitor quality indicators, manage non-conformities, and drive the implementation of effective corrective actions.
• Promote quality initiatives and on-site training activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across the entire manufacturing team.

• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in a quality-focused role or a related hands-on technical environment.
• Solid knowledge of quality methodologies and metrology, with the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, rigor in documentation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent Spanish is mandatory; English proficiency will be valued.
• Availability to travel and complete in-person training in the USA and Trujillo.

Como Técnico/a de Calidad, desempeñarás un papel clave y práctico en el mantenimiento de los estándares de excelencia de nuestros equipos de producción. Serás responsable de asegurar que cada componente cumpla con nuestros requisitos de calidad durante todo el proceso de montaje.

Reportando directamente al/a la Ingeniero/a de Calidad, actuarás como enlace principal entre el área de producción y el equipo de calidad. Entre tus funciones estarán la realización de inspecciones detalladas, la gestión de documentación técnica y el apoyo en los análisis de causa raíz, con el objetivo de garantizar el máximo rendimiento y fiabilidad de nuestros sistemas de reactores.

• Realizar inspecciones detalladas de piezas mecanizadas y conjuntos para verificar el cumplimiento de los planos de ingeniería, especificaciones técnicas e informes de ensayo.
• Liderar la recopilación de datos y documentación técnica necesaria para los procesos de Análisis de Causa Raíz y Acciones Correctivas (RCCA), contribuyendo a la resolución eficiente de incidencias de calidad con proveedores y en producción.
• Mantener registros de calidad precisos y trazables que garanticen el cumplimiento de los estándares internos y de la norma ISO 9001.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Producción e Ingeniería para realizar el seguimiento de indicadores de calidad, gestionar no conformidades e impulsar la implementación de acciones correctivas eficaces.
• Promover iniciativas de calidad y actividades de formación en planta para fomentar una cultura de mejora continua y concienciación sobre la calidad en todo el equipo de fabricación.

• Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia técnica/o en un puesto orientado a la calidad o en un entorno técnico práctico relacionado.
• Conocimientos sólidos de metodologías de calidad y metrología, con capacidad para interpretar planos técnicos de forma precisa.
• Gran atención al detalle, rigor en la documentación y un enfoque proactivo para la resolución de problemas.
• Nivel fluido de español obligatorio; se valorarán conocimientos de inglés.
• Disponibilidad para viajar y completar formación presencial en EE. UU. y Trujillo.
