MOBILE CORE NETWORK ENGINEER

Job Description

We need to incorporate a Mobile Operations Engineer who will have the following functions:

Execution of scheduled and unscheduled work on the mobile network (CORE NETWORK)
Analysis and troubleshooting of incidents in the Core Network (CS/IMS) and associated services
Support in the resolution of critical incidents
In-depth technical analysis of incidents and failures, including review of traces and signaling.
Execution of technical tests and validations
Escalation to Engineering or vendors when necessary, with a detailed prior diagnosis
Follow-up of incidents until resolution, ensuring its technical quality
Technical liaison with NOC/COR, Engineering, and vendors
Support in the analysis of KPIs and detection of service degradations

Knowledge of mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
