At Diusframi, we are looking to incorporate 2 HR Technicians - Personnel Administration to join the Human Resources team at a key moment of growth and process internalization.

We are seeking professionals with experience in labor administration and comprehensive payroll management, detail-oriented, with a high level of rigor and accustomed to working in dynamic environments with a high volume of employees.

Functions:

• Manage registrations, deregistrations, and data variations in Social Security.
• Prepare and register employment contracts, extensions, annexes, and labor communications.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Keep labor documentation and personnel files up to date.
• Handle communications with official bodies (SEPE, TGSS, INSS, Contrat@, Certific@2, SILTRA, and Sistema RED).
• Monitor expiration dates of temporary contracts and probationary periods.
• Prepare and review the complete monthly payroll process.
• Manage payroll incidents: IT, maternity/paternity, reduced working hours, garnishments, arrears, variables, and incentives.
• Calculate final settlements, liquidations, and indemnities.
• Manage regularizations of IRPF, social insurance, and contribution bases.
• Apply and interpret collective agreements and current labor regulations.
