Migration Specialist / Data Entry (Doctoralia)

Role mission: Person responsible for receiving, cleaning, and migrating historical client databases (private clinics and doctors) into Doctoralia's management software (SaaS). Additionally, this role is responsible for resolving incidents (troubleshooting), automating ingestion processes, and carrying out process improvement tasks within the team.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities (What you'll do):

Data cleaning and normalization: Process databases in various formats (Excel, CSV, SQL, etc.), correcting inconsistencies, duplicates, null data, and erroneous values.

Migration and Ingestion: Load cleaned databases into the company's SaaS systems and software using internal import tools, SQL queries, and light automation/scripting.

QA and Validation: Perform checks, block-level testing (relationships, foreign keys, data integrity), and validation checks before Go Live.

Problem solving (Troubleshooting): Identify, diagnose, and fix migration failures or incompatibilities between data structures.

Customer care and management (Stakeholders): Occasionally contact clinic contacts to request corrections, explain technical requirements in simple language, and coordinate data deliveries.

Security and Compliance: Handle highly sensitive information (medical and patient data) under strict security and regulatory compliance protocols (GDPR / LOPD).

What we're looking for

Profile requirements:

SQL: Intermediate/advanced level for querying, transforming, and cleaning databases.

Excel: Advanced level (Power Query, traditional formulas, pivot tables, and template structuring).

English: Fluent/essential for internal communication with the global technology and support team (Poland, Germany, Italy).

Languages: Native or fluent Spanish.

Skills: High attention to detail, methodical approach, customer orientation, and a hands-on "get it done" mindset for continuous operational work.
