We are looking for a professional to organize, coordinate, and supervise the dining room service, breakfasts, restaurant, bar, and events at an establishment in VILLAVICIOSA (ASTURIAS). Duties include leading, training, and motivating the team, coordinating service with the kitchen and other departments, managing shift planning and operational needs, as well as overseeing compliance with quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.

A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position is required, and training in hospitality and tourism is valued. Proficiency in English is necessary.

The offer is for a permanent contract, full-time, with a salary according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Hospitality of the Principality of Asturias.

Se busca profesional para organizar, coordinar y supervisar el servicio de sala, desayunos, restaurante, bar y eventos en un establecimiento de VILLAVICIOSA (ASTURIAS). Las funciones incluyen liderar, formar y motivar al equipo, coordinar el servicio con cocina y otros departamentos, gestionar la planificación de turnos y las necesidades operativas, así como supervisar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad alimentaria e higiene.

Se requiere experiencia mínima de dos años en un puesto similar, y se valora formación en hostelería y turismo. Es necesario contar con dominio del inglés.

La oferta es para un contrato indefinido, a jornada completa, con salario según el Convenio Colectivo de Hostelería del Principado de Asturias.
