Hotel Gran Tacande 5* Waiter Assistant (20 hours)

Duties

• 
  Greet and welcome guests, escorting them to their tables and ensuring a positive initial experience.
• Organize and manage tables according to reservations, group size, and preferences, ensuring an efficient restaurant flow.
• Oversee that service areas are prepared and presentable, including the restaurant, bar, and dining rooms, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Check that tables are properly set according to hotel standards, including utensils, tableware, glassware, and linens.
• Collaborate with the waitstaff and maître d', supporting daily tasks and fostering coordinated, high-quality service.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter assistant in hotels.
• Immediate availability to start work.

Funciones

• 
  Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los clientes, acompañándolos a sus mesas y asegurando una experiencia inicial positiva.
• Organizar y gestionar las mesas según reservas, tamaño de grupo y preferencias, garantizando un flujo eficiente del restaurante.
• Supervisar que las áreas de servicio estén preparadas y presentables, incluyendo restaurante, bar y salas, manteniendo un ambiente limpio y acogedor.
• Comprobar que las mesas estén correctamente montadas según los estándares del hotel, incluyendo utensilios, vajilla, cristalería y mantelería.
• Colaborar con el equipo de camareros y maître, apoyando en tareas diarias y fomentando un servicio coordinado y de alta calidad.
