Section Head at H10 Atlantic Sunset

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as a Section Head in the Restaurant of the H10 Atlantic Sunset hotel.

• Qualified performance of control and supervision duties for their area of responsibility and for tasks carried out in view of the customer.
• Preparing and decorating the restaurant dining rooms and tables.
• Assisting in welcoming, seeing off, seating, and advising customers on menus and beverages.
• Performing tasks in view of the customer (flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc.).
• Checking everyday items.
• Storing and controlling goods and everyday items within the restaurant area.
• Billing and collecting payment from customers, as well as balancing and settling the takings in their section.

The tasks under their responsibility will be:

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para trabajar como Jefe/a de Sector en el Restaurante del hotel H10 Atlantic Sunset.

• Realizar de manera cualificada las funciones de control y supervisión de su sector de responsabilidad y de las tareas realizadas a la vista del cliente.
• Ocuparse de preparar y decorar las salas y mesas del restaurante.
• Colaborar en recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y las bebidas.
• Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente (flambear, cortar, trinchar, desespinar, etc).
• Revisar los objetos de uso corriente.
• Almacenar y controlar las mercancías y objetos de uso corriente en el ámbito del restaurante.
• Facturación y cobro al cliente, así como cuadre y liquidación de la recaudación en su sección
