Head of Agentic SDLC

· More than 10 years of experience in technology, software engineering, architecture, or digital transformation.

· Experience leading enterprise-scale software development models.

· Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle: discovery, design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

· Experience transforming technology organizations toward digital product models.

· Experience with engineering platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, quality gates, automated testing, and observability.

· Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to development: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT Enterprise, development agents, LLMs, or equivalent platforms.

· Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with executive leadership, business, architecture, security, and operations.

· Modern software engineering, Clean Architecture, DDD, and good design practices.

· Cloud, distributed, and scalable architectures.

· Design the operating model for AI-based digital product development.

· Define how product, engineering, architecture, QA, security, and operations teams should work in an AI-first environment.

· Evolve the traditional SDLC toward a more automated, agent-assisted, and metrics-driven model.

· Establish common principles for the use of AI in planning, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and operations.

· Translate the technology strategy into concrete practices that teams can adopt.

· Lead the definition of the development platform that supports the new model.

· Integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT Enterprise, specialized agents, CI/CD platforms, testing, observability, and quality gates.

· Define standards for the use of agents, skills, prompts, rules, templates, and reusable artifacts.

· Drive a consistent, secure, and productive development experience across all teams.

· Ensure the platform is scalable, governable, and aligned with corporate policies.

· Design agent use cases for planning, functional refinement, code generation, technical review, testing, documentation, and operational support.

· Act as an internal reference for AI-first delivery, modern engineering, and SDLC transformation.

· Define the governance framework for the use of generative AI and agents in software development.

· Ensure traceability of generated code, technical decisions, and quality evidence.

· Align the model with security, privacy, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance.

· Establish controls to prevent risks arising from excessive automation, model dependency, or lack of human oversight.

· Work with architecture, security, legal, procurement, and risk teams to certify tools and practices.
