🔎 Project Manager / Engineering Delivery Lead - Automatic Test Systems (ATS)

Do you have experience managing complex engineering projects and are you passionate about coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value technological solutions? We are looking for an Engineering Delivery Lead to lead the development and delivery of Automatic Test Systems (ATS) within strategic programs.

You will be responsible for the planning, monitoring, and delivery of automatic test benches and equipment, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and technical requirements. You will act as the link between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and the client to guarantee the success of each project.

✅ Lead the comprehensive management of Automatic Test Systems (ATS) projects.

✅ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in hardware, software, integration, and testing.

✅ Oversee technical execution and the integration of test systems.

✅ Ensure compliance with milestones, deliverables, and contractual requirements.

✅ Manage technical risks, incidents, and schedule deviations.

✅ Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain to ensure the availability of equipment and materials.

✅ Act as the technical point of contact with clients and program managers.

✅ Supervise verification, validation, and system acceptance activities.

✅ Coordinate technical reviews, acceptance tests, and final deliveries.

✅ Report periodically on project progress, risks, and milestones.
