Your mission will be to lead the technical development of the product in projects throughout all phases until handover to the warranty and after-sales department (from bid to validation, including product certification), ensuring compliance with product requirements, both in terms of scope and budget and planning, technically representing the project both with the client and within the engineering function and the project itself.

To do so, you will carry out functions such as:

• Defining the product proposal to be offered based on the company's product strategy
• Leading and aligning all work teams involved in the technical development of the bid, establishing effective communication, defining milestones and goals, and monitoring the progress of development according to established deadlines
• Leading, in agreement with Engineering Management, the preparation of the engineering budget and planning for project execution • Offered.
• Leading product development, analyzing the objectives, strategy, and project planning established in the bid and project setup for the engineering function, ensuring that objectives can be achieved in terms of scope, deadlines, and costs at each phase from project start until handover to the warranty and after-sales department
• Leading and aligning all work teams involved in the technical development of the product during the project phase, establishing effective communication, defining milestones and goals, and monitoring the progress of development according to established deadlines and costs
• Acting as the engineering focal point for the technical evaluation of change requests raised during product development
• Ensuring change management in product development, ensuring the incorporation of newly approved scopes into the budget and planning.
