In this position, you will take on a key role within the Supply Chain area, helping to optimize the logistics flows of the assigned categories and ensuring efficient end-to-end operations. You will be part of a dynamic environment with high interaction with internal teams such as Purchasing, Operations, and IT, contributing analysis, strategic vision, and proposals for continuous improvement. Your work will be key to driving processes, systems, and projects that strengthen service to the point of sale and the end customer.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.


• Map the logistics flows of the assigned categories from origin to delivery at the point of sale or customer
• Monitor end-to-end logistics KPIs and drive actions derived from root cause analysis
• Assess logistics requirements raised by the organization and analyze their feasibility against internal capabilities
• Identify bottlenecks, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement in the logistics network
• Analyze costs per activity across the entire supply chain
• Manage strategic logistics projects in coordination with IT teams and other involved areas
• Lead a team of several people, ensuring organization, prioritization, and support
• Participate in regular meetings with Purchasing managers
• Develop and implement processes, functionalities, and technology deployments related to Supply Chain

Requirements


• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration (ADE), or other related fields
• English level B1-B2
• Advanced proficiency in computer tools and mastery of Power BI
• Knowledge of Python or SQL programming is a plus

• Strong analytical mindset and process-oriented vision
• Solid knowledge of logistics, supply chain, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and retail
