The role will involve preparing, analyzing, and tracking economic bids, ensuring the competitiveness and quality of proposals.

What you'll do

  • Preparation of budgets for mechanical installation projects (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, renewable energy).

  • Analysis of tender specifications and technical documentation.

  • Calculation of direct and indirect costs, optimization of resources and prices.

  • Requesting and negotiating offers with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Preparation of comparisons and technical reports.

  • Support to the production department during the award and closing phase of bids.

  • Collaboration with site managers and project managers in the transfer of technical and economic documentation.
