At Estel, experts in comprehensive installations for the high-end hotel and residential sector, we are looking to bring on board an HVAC Supervisor (Technical Assistance Service) to lead our team of boiler and HVAC/refrigeration technicians in Palma de Mallorca.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair work of mechanical installations (boilers, HVAC), leading the team of technicians and ensuring quality, deadlines, and service safety.

Daily planning and coordination of the boiler and HVAC technician team.
Technical supervision of maintenance, breakdown, and repair work at client installations.
Quality control of interventions and compliance with deadlines.
Management of materials and spare parts required for each intervention.
Resolution of complex technical issues and direct support for the team on site.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in all interventions.
Coordination with the maintenance department and clients.

What are we looking for?

Training in HVAC and boiler or refrigeration installations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, including experience leading teams.
RITE installer license (or equivalent) and fluorinated gas handling certificate.
Driving license B.
Residence in Mallorca (mandatory).
