The role

What you'll do

Plan, organize, and coordinate the material and human resources necessary for the execution of the work.
Direct and supervise both in-house and subcontractor construction teams.
Review costs, monitor project progress, and propose improvement measures.
Prepare and follow up on construction schedules, timelines, and certifications.
Calculate costs, redesigns, and execution times.
Place orders for materials and equipment, coordinating with purchasing and suppliers.
Supervise and coordinate the correct technical execution of mechanical installations on site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines.
Verify the proper operation of completed installations.
Resolve technical issues and project adaptations during construction.
Design technical solutions for unforeseen construction issues.
Coordinate relations with suppliers, clients, and the technical management team.
Report periodically to production management on the progress and financial status of the project.
Other duties inherent to the position.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field) or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in thermal and fluid installations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in mechanical installation companies.
Knowledge and experience in construction management and on-site supervision of mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, or similar).
Residence in Mallorca (mandatory).
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of PRESTO (estimates and measurements) is a plus.
A disability certificate of 33% or higher is valued, in accordance with current regulations.
