What you'll do

  • Planning of material requirements in coordination with Production and Procurement.

  • Preparation of technical comparisons and support in cost optimization.

  • Drafting of technical documentation and execution specifications.

  • Proposal of technical improvements and adaptation of projects to on-site construction realities.

  • Continuous technical support to Site Managers and Project Managers.

  • Technical coordination with suppliers and validation of solutions.

  • Verification of regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Office or in the execution of mechanical installations.

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, fire protection systems, and aerothermal energy.

  • Experience in reviewing and developing installation projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in CAD and office software.

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on technical-economic optimization.

  • Residence in Valencia or availability to relocate to the area.
