Call Center Operator

From the Eurofirms contact center, we are looking for Telephone Operators to expand the team for customer service campaigns, contract verification, and ticketing at the offices located in Langreo, Asturias. The tasks to be performed are the following:

• Reception.
• Making customer service calls.
• Contract verification and ticketing.
• Among other tasks inherent to the job.

• Completed high school diploma.

Correctly spoken and written Spanish. Correctly spoken and written Catalan. English is valued.

EUR 1,098–1,198 per month

Part-time schedule of 30 hours per week from Wednesday to Sunday, in rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, with the breaks established by law.

• One year of demonstrable experience in telephone sales. - Basic computer skills. - Residency near the workplace is valued.

Desde Contact center Eurofirms buscamos Teleoperadores/as para incrementar el equipo para campañas de atención al cliente/a, verificación contratos y ticketing en las oficinas situadas en Langreo, Asturias. Las tareas a realizar serán las siguientes:

• Recepción.
• Emisión de llamadas de atención al cliente/a.
• Verificación de contratos y ticketing.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

• Bachillerato finalizado.

Castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.Catalán hablado y escrito correctamente.Inglés valorable.

EUR 1.098–1.198 per month

Jornada parcial de 30 horas semanales entre miércoles y domingo en turno rotativo de mañana y tarde en horario entre 08:00h y 22:00h con los descansos establecidos por ley.

Teleoperador/a

• Experiencia de un año en venta telefónica demostrable. - Informática nivel usuario.- Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
