Senior IP/IT Lawyer - Digital Law (Madrid)

The opportunity

Your main responsibilities

Participation in projects and advisory services in areas such as personal data protection, cybersecurity, protection of intangibles and innovation, technological contracting, online platforms, as well as in compliance projects related to new-generation regulations and disruptive technologies (artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, etc.).

Essential requirements

• Law degree.
• Master's degree in Digital Law.
• Valuable certification as Data Protection Officer according to AEPD scheme or other certifications related to data protection and information security (CIPP/E, CIPPM, CDPSE, ISO27001, etc.).
• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
• High level of English: oral and written.

Tus principales funciones

Participación en proyectos y servicios de asesoramiento en materias como protección de datos personales, ciberseguridad, protección de intangibles e innovación, contratación tecnológica, plataformas online, así como en proyectos de cumplimiento normativo relacionados con normativas de nueva generación y con tecnologías disruptivas (inteligencia artificial, internet de las cosas, etc.).

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho.
• Máster de especialización en Derecho Digital.
• Valorable certificación de Delegado de Protección de Datos según esquema AEPD u otras certificaciones relativas a protección de datos y seguridad de la información (CIPP/E, CIPPM, CDPSE, ISO27001, etc.).
• Uso avanzado de paquete ms-office.
• Nivel de inglés alto: oral y escrito.
