Where can you grow?

You can develop your career in one of our two major areas, where you will work with clients from different sectors such as energy, telecommunications, retail, or banking, on projects with an international focus.

1. Business Consulting — transform how the business works

If you are interested in understanding how companies operate and helping improve them from within, this is your place. You will have the opportunity to rotate across different business consulting teams.

You will participate in projects where you will help our clients to:

• Evolve their business model
• Make their processes more efficient
• Adapt to new challenges
• Manage change within their organizations

What are we looking for in you?

• You don't need previous experience. Just attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow quickly
• Curiosity about how companies work
• Analytical mindset
• Proactivity and initiative
• Ability to work in a team

Education

• Final year of Engineering, Business Administration, dual degrees, or degrees such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics, or similar.
• B2 level of English

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• No necesitas experiencia previa. Solo actitud.
• Ganas de aprender y crecer rápido

• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo

Formación

• Último curso de Ingeniería, ADE, dobles titulaciones o grados como Matemáticas, Estadística o Física o similares.
• Nivel de inglés B2
