As part of the Infrastructure, Modelling & Project Finance team at EY-Parthenon in its Madrid office, you will support our clients across the full investment cycle, whether accompanying them in a transaction (buy-sell, investment, financing, restructuring, etc.) or assessing the impact of regulatory changes, analyzing new market opportunities, or addressing other strategic purposes.

As a Manager in the department, you will lead projects related to financial analysis and the design of financial models for mergers and acquisitions, debt raising, tenders, re-leveraging, corporate and debt restructurings, and investment/divestment in infrastructure assets.

You will also lead advisory work on tenders and transactions involving infrastructure assets (Transport, Telecom, Energy, Utilities...) (concession-based or regulated), as well as on financial closings and refinancings.

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• Between 5 and 8 years of experience in advisory services for financing and investment/divestment of assets, with a particular focus on Project Finance.
• Experience in building financial models and advanced Excel skills are essential.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• A Master's degree in Corporate Finance or Project Finance is a plus.

Formando parte del equipo de Infrastructure, Modelling & Project Finance de EY Parthenon en su oficina de Madrid, acompañarás a nuestros clientes, fundamentalmente de los sectores de Infraestructuras y de Energía, en todo su ciclo de inversión, ya sea para acompañarlos en una transacción (compra-venta, inversión, financiación, reestructuración, etc), ya sea evaluar el impacto de cambios regulatorios, analizar nuevas oportunidades en el mercado, o para otros fines estratégicos.

Como Manager del departamento liderarás proyectos relativos al análisis financiero y diseño de modelos financieros para proyectos de fusiones y adquisiciones, levantamiento de deuda, licitaciones, reapalancamientos, reestructuraciones de deuda y corporativas e inversión/desinversión en activos de infraestructuras y energía.

Asimismo, liderarás el asesoramiento en licitaciones y transacciones de activos de infraestructuras (Transporte, Telco, Energía, Utilities...) (concesionales o regulados) así como en cierres financieros y refinanciaciones.
