What you'll do

Reporting to the Director of Transformation, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

Establish, develop, and lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes for the commercial and supply chain areas across the entire group
Revenue growth management (RGM)
Commercial performance analysis
Margin management and profitability analysis
Strategic and operational planning
Preparation of annual budgets
Preparation of medium and long-term financial plans
Develop and maintain advanced financial models
Scenario and sensitivity analysis
Margin and profitability simulations
Strategic hypothesis modeling to support management decisions
Provide high-quality financial information and recommendations to senior management to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Prepare monthly management reports
Variance analysis
Act as a trusted financial partner for the sales, marketing, production, and supply chain departments
Identify and proactively recommend opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, efficiency and profitability enhancement, and ROI improvement
Price, mix, and volume analysis
Effectiveness of promotions
Profitability by customer and channel

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
High level of English is essential
More than 5 years of experience in commercial financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management control, consulting, or similar financial positions with strong exposure to the business environment
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or similar systems will be valued
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to financial stakeholders
