About the role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Cost Controller for our headquarters in Madrid, responsible for the management and control of costs on civil works projects, ensuring economic efficiency and compliance with established budgets.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and control site budgets, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
* Carry out the economic monitoring of projects, from the planning phase to completion.
* Analyse the costs of materials, labour and subcontracting, seeking optimisation opportunities.
* Manage and control work certifications and supplier invoices.
* Collaborate in the preparation of periodic economic reports for the project management and senior management.
* Participate in the preparation of economic feasibility studies for new works.
* Maintain fluid communication with site, purchasing and administration teams.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding cost control.

Qualifications:

* Academic background in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil works cost control, preferably on large projects.
* Advanced command of project management and budget control tools (Presto, Primavera P6, SAP, etc.).
* Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
* Proactivity, rigour and attention to detail.
* Advanced level of Spanish; English is valued.
* Availability to work in Madrid.
