Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and photovoltaic installations.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and sensitivity towards their application in business environments, focusing on process optimization and decision-making.

Nice to have

A Master's degree in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies is a plus.
A Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or EVO Technician certification is a plus.
Knowledge of HVAC, heating, domestic hot water (DHW), control systems, and the energy market is a plus.
A B2 level of English is a plus

The role

What you'll do

Organize, plan, and supervise the work included in the scope of contracts signed with the client, as well as manage the profit and loss account.

Monitor and control the economic aspects of the assigned contracts and projects. Prepare the initial budget; its revisions and monthly closings.
Properly monitor the energy aspects of contracts that include this service; analyze deviations; propose corrective measures and ensure the proper operation of remote metering and management equipment. Also review and validate energy price revisions.
Organization and operational optimization.
Management of assigned staff. Payroll issues; hiring and organization.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and company support departments.
Periodic reports to the client. Preparation of service delivery monitoring reports; Updating inventory databases; Preparation of budgets and improvement proposals.
Monitoring and ensuring service delivery levels.
Collaboration and preparation of reports in audit processes
Implementation; control and ensuring compliance with all company procedures. Procurement; Occupational Risk Prevention; Quality; etc.
