* Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar.
* No prior experience is required, although relevant internships or academic projects will be valued.
* Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
* Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
* Residency in or availability to relocate to Asturias.
* Valid B driver's license.
* Intermediate English level is a plus.
