Job Summary:

We are looking for a BIM Technician for our office in Ferrol. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the BIM methodology in our construction projects, ensuring efficiency and quality in all phases.


Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain BIM models for different project phases (design, construction, operation).
* Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and generate collision reports.
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and construction teams to ensure the correct integration of information into BIM models.
* Ensure the application of BIM standards and protocols defined by the company and client requirements.
* Generate technical documentation from BIM models (drawings, measurements, material take-offs).
* Participate in training and supporting other team members in the use of BIM tools and methodologies.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in BIM.
