About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of one or more mission-critical data center facilities. Reporting to the Digital Infrastructure leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum availability of critical systems, driving operational excellence, and leading multidisciplinary teams in a 24/7 environment.

This role plays a key part in maintaining world-class service standards, supporting customer requirements, and delivering continuous improvement across all facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Center Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of critical facility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire protection, security, and monitoring systems.

  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, maintenance standards, service level agreements, and uptime commitments.

  • Lead incident response activities, root cause investigations, and corrective action plans for critical events.

  • Manage change control processes and ensure the safe execution of maintenance activities and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs, availability metrics, and energy efficiency indicators.

Maintenance & Asset Management

  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical assets.
