Degree or bachelor's degree in English Language

The Col·legi Nuestra Señora de Montesión is looking to hire a English Language teacher for Secondary and/or Baccalaureate, to cover a maternity leave.

The selected person will join the teaching team, with a 23-hour weekly schedule, within an educational project unique to the schools of the Society of Jesus, focused on the comprehensive development of students, personal support, and teamwork.

The main duties will include:

• Teaching the subject of English Language in the assigned courses.
• Preparing, developing, and evaluating teaching and learning activities.
• Supporting students in their academic and personal development.
• Promoting communicative competence in the English language, both oral and written.
• Collaborating with the teaching team and participating in the school's pedagogical coordination.
• Contributing to the development of the school's educational project, in accordance with the distinctive identity of the schools of the Society of Jesus.

We are looking for a person with a calling for education, the ability to work in a team, sensitivity towards supporting students, and a commitment to a comprehensive, personalized education aligned with Jesuit values.

Teaching staff

El Col·legi Nuestra Señora de Montesión cerca incorporar un/a docent de Llengua Anglesa per a Secundària i/o Batxillerat, per cobrir una substitució per maternitat.

La persona seleccionada s’integrarà en l’equip docent, amb una jornada de 23 hores setmanals, dins un projecte educatiu propi dels col·legis de la Companyia de Jesús, orientat a la formació integral de l’alumnat, l’acompanyament personal i el treball en equip.

Entre les seves principals funcions hi haurà:

• Impartir la matèria de Llengua Anglesa en els cursos assignats.
• Preparar, desenvolupar i avaluar les activitats d’ensenyament i aprenentatge.
• Acompanyar l’alumnat en el seu procés acadèmic i personal.
• Fomentar la competència comunicativa en llengua anglesa, tant oral com escrita.
• Col·laborar amb l’equip docent i participar en la coordinació pedagògica del centre.
• Contribuir al desenvolupament del projecte educatiu del col·legi, d’acord amb la identitat pròpia dels col·legis de la Companyia de Jesús.
