The role

From Grupo Crit we are actively looking for Customer Service Telephone Operators to join a new campaign in the banking sector.

This is a stable project in which, in addition to handling and resolving customer inquiries, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills through cross-selling of financial products.

How you'll work

Initial 3-month employment contract with the possibility of extension (stable position).
On-site work from Monday to Sunday, with two weekends off per month.

18 days of ONLINE training provided by the company, starting on 14/09/2026.
Available shifts:

-Morning shift from 9am-3pm, 30.5 hours per week.
