At the Faculty of Business of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, we are looking to add to our Irun campus a person with an entrepreneurial outlook, a passion for education, and a desire to be part of the official university degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN).

The person will join as a teacher (coach of entrepreneurial teams), accompanying young people who learn through real projects, teamwork, and personal and collective reflection processes. We are looking for someone with a cooperative and entrepreneurial mindset.

In this role, you will accompany training teams in developing their personal, relational, and entrepreneurial skills. You will help them work in teams, make decisions, build meaningful projects, and connect their learning with concrete social issues rooted in the local area.

You will also have the opportunity to accompany teams on their learning journeys across Europe and globally. These trips are part of the LEINN experience, allowing participants to explore other cultural contexts, connect with educational, social, and entrepreneurial agents, and broaden their perspective on how different issues are addressed in different territories.

We are looking for someone with energy, sensitivity, and courage to accompany demanding and transformative learning processes. Requirements

Technical Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles related to entrepreneurship, educational innovation, or project innovation.

PhD holder or doctoral candidate

Experience or knowledge in team management and project management

Advanced level of English and Basque
