About the role

Fundación Loyola, an educational institution belonging to the Society of Jesus, seeks to incorporate into its central headquarters a LABOR RELATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION TECHNICIAN who, reporting directly to the administration area of the Foundation's central headquarters, will carry out, among others, the following functions:

  • Managing and carrying out the complete employee payroll cycle.
  • Managing social security registrations, cancellations, and modifications. Managing and monitoring processes related to Social Security.
  • Processing employment contracts, extensions, and communications to the SEPE (State Public Employment Service).
  • Managing labor incidents (temporary disability, maternity/paternity leave, permits, unpaid leave, reduced working hours, etc.)
  • Handling and resolving payroll-related incidents and employee inquiries.
  • Liaising with the Regional Ministry of Education for the management of payroll for state-funded private education activities at the centers.
  • Supporting the management of labor relations, preparing reports required by the administration area, and managing documentation.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, processing purchase orders, contracting services, managing budgets, and monitoring invoices.
  • Managing and controlling administrative processes such as billing for the different services, managing collections, managing payments to suppliers, etc.
  • Reviewing processes and documentation, managing the various scenarios that may arise in coordinating the Foundation's educational centers.
  • Bookkeeping and the rest of accounting management.
  • Supporting the daily administrative management of the administration area.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of labor relations.
  • Knowledge of the Epsilon program from Grupo Castilla or any other payroll ERP.
  • Knowledge of the SAGE program or any other economic management ERP.
  •  Knowledge of the Alexia program or any other academic management ERP.
  • Advanced Excel level.
  • A highly committed person is sought, who identifies with the aims of Fundación Loyola, as well as with the mission of the Society of Jesus.
  • Capacity for learning, ability to take on tasks by delegation, communication and social skills, initiative and autonomy, strong ability to work in a team, as well as organizational and control skills are required.
