The role

We are looking for a Building Site Manager to lead and manage construction projects in Seville for a major construction company with a regional presence.

What you'll do

The selected Building Site Manager must meet the following requirements:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on unique projects.
Ensure compliance with established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage teams and subcontractors in project development.
Supervise project execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Carry out economic and financial control of assigned projects.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth and effective communication.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress and results.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected Building Site Manager must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related field.
More than 5 years of prior experience in building project management.
Solid knowledge of project planning and budget control.
Ability to lead teams and manage relationships with suppliers and clients.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction sector.
Availability to work and reside in Seville or its surrounding areas.
