About the role

• Internship period: 6-12months
• Date: July 2026- January/July 2027
• Location: GANT Lifestyle Spain, Madrid.
• Number of openings: 2 (AP/AR)

About the team

Working closely with Cost Center owners (Accounts Payable), Wholesale and retail (Accounts Receivable) to ensure swift and accurate financial transactional processing

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of financial documents, including customer/supplier invoices and inbound payments in SAP.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team in managing the first line of collections (reminders, statements).
• Assist suppliers with inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status.
• Collaborate in the reconciliation and accruals processes.
• Help with month-end closing activities according to the communicated schedule.
• Learn and support systems integrations and financial processes across the department.
