Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Language skills (English C1)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Assist with order entry, ensuring accuracy and handling special instructions like special handling and delivery note creation.
  • Assist with coordination of inbound transportation by tracking shipments and supporting documentation.
  • Support the outbound process, including coordinating the order cycle and deliveries from the warehouse to customers.
  • Help execute order cycles, campaigns, and seasonal logistics aligned with the commercial calendar.
  • Support with Customer Service & Order Management activities to fulfil wholesale customer requests promptly and accurately.
  • Active participation in the documentation process (pictures + descriptions) of pure players customers.
  • Assist in return order processing, including tracking, handling claims, and managing invoices.
  • Support with B2B platform, assisting users and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer data across ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
