From the Forensic team, we are considering bringing in an Analyst profile with immediate availability at our Madrid office.

From this team, we provide specialized assistance as independent experts in economic, financial and accounting matters in the resolution of judicial disputes and arbitrations at both national and international level. We also carry out assignments in the field of detection, investigation and resolution of fraud and economic and financial crimes.

• Analyze financial and accounting information in litigation contexts.
• Analyze legal and procedural information in order to understand the subject matter of the dispute and the strategy of the parties.
• Participate in fraud investigations through the processing and analysis of information from various sources.
• Drafting independent expert reports.

Desde este equipo, prestamos asistencia especializada como expertos independientes en materia económica, financiera y contable en la resolución de disputas judiciales y arbitrajes a nivel nacional e internacional. Asimismo, llevamos a cabo encargos en el campo de la detección, investigación y resolución de fraudes y delitos económicos y financieros.

• Analizar información financiera y contable en contextos litigiosos.
• Analizar información jurídica y procesal al objeto de entender el objeto de la disputa y la estrategia de las partes.
• Participar en la investigación de fraudes mediante el tratamiento y análisis de información de diversas fuentes.
• Redacción de informes de experto independiente.
