What you'll do

  • Own riders demand forecasts at city-hour level, tracking forecast accuracy and continuously optimize performance.

  • Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on application of them.

  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends.

  • Simplify and automate forecasting processes, collaborating with tech teams to implement scalable solutions.
     

  • Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization.

  • Collaborate with local operations and other stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments.

  • Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or gig economy sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately and extract actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
