Role Mission

Provide support for the operational and documentary management of our logistics processes in an industrial and highly regulated environment.

Your responsibilities will be

  • Manage and control stock levels of Biopharma products, ensuring their availability and traceability.
  • Prepare and analyze stock reports to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor the release of new batches, manage and prepare international shipments of Biopharma products.
  • Keep master data for materials and planning parameters up to date in management systems.
  • Manage inventory incidents and collaborate with international Supply Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure continuity of supply.

Who you are

To successfully perform this job, a person must be able to carry out the responsibilities satisfactorily.   • You have a Vocational Training degree (CFGM) and experience in administrative or logistics functions within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors. A higher vocational qualification (CFGS) or further education in Administration, Logistics, or related areas will be valued.
  • You bring previous experience in a similar role, preferably in regulated industrial environments.
  • You have user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with enterprise management systems, especially SAP, is valued.
  • You have a high level of English, at least B2.
  • You are an organized person, detail-oriented, and able to manage different tasks simultaneously.
  • You enjoy working in a team and developing in a dynamic, international environment.
