What you'll do

At Elis, production assistants make all human and material resources available to promote teamwork and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards and promote participatory development.
You will constantly seek new ideas to solve plant problems (team organization, coordination with the maintenance department) and participate in innovations as part of a team.
You will be the link with the sales department, carefully listening to customer feedback.
You will work closely with the HR department to recruit, integrate, lead, and manage your teams.
