Quality Control Supervisor

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences (or a similar qualification in the scientific-technical field).
• You have organizational skills, attention to detail, and a quality orientation.
• You demonstrate supervisory, communication, and teamwork skills.
• You know and apply GMP regulations, standard operating procedures, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• You have user-level knowledge of MS Office.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles will be valued, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• An intermediate level of English will be valued.

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
• Employment contract: Initial temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent.

• You will manage and coordinate the Quality Control laboratory team, organizing priorities and planning the area's activities to ensure compliance with objectives.
• You will supervise the execution of analyses and in-process controls, ensuring compliance with quality specifications, established procedures, and GMP regulations.
• You will review analytical results, associated documentation, and the correct release of controls in SAP, ensuring the integrity of records.
• You will manage analytical investigations derived from non-conforming results and participate in resolving deviations, contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
• You will coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration, as well as the management of materials, reagents, and resources necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the laboratory.
