At Laboratorios Grifols, S.A., located in Murcia and specialized in the research and development of hospital products such as parenteral solutions, enteral and parenteral nutrition diets, and specific products for blood banks, we are seeking to hire a Quality Control Supervisor for the Quality Control department.

What you'll do

  • You will manage and coordinate the Quality Control laboratory team, organizing priorities and planning the area's activities to ensure compliance with objectives.
  • You will supervise the execution of analyses and in-process controls, ensuring compliance with quality specifications, established procedures, and GMP regulations.
  • You will review analytical results, associated documentation, and the correct release of controls in SAP, ensuring the integrity of records.
  • You will manage analytical investigations derived from non-conforming results and participate in resolving deviations, contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
  • You will coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration, as well as the management of materials, reagents, and resources necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the laboratory.

What you'll get

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
  • Employment contract: Initial temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent.
