If you have technical training, you are passionate about on-site work, and you have the ambition to grow into a Site Manager, this is your opportunity! We are looking for a driven profile to be the right-hand person in the technical and financial management of large-scale projects.
Acting as the direct and essential support (right hand) to the Site Manager, your main duties will be:
Purchasing and Subcontractor Management: Requesting quotes, preparing comparative tables, and supporting negotiation and awarding processes.
Financial Control: Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring work measurements for issuing monthly client invoices and subcontractor estimates.
Technical Support to Production: Interpreting and reviewing drawings, outlining modifications, resolving technical queries, and updating plans.
Planning and Costs: Updating the project schedule and performing analytical control of deviations and costs against the initial budget.
Document Management: Compiling technical data sheets, quality control, and rigorous monitoring of subcontractor companies' HSE requirements.
Academic Background: University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Competency Profile: Proactive individual with strong analytical and organizational skills, and a drive to acquire new technical and site financial management knowledge.
Skills: Ability to work in a team and negotiation skills when dealing with subcontractors and suppliers.
