That's why we need a Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor like you at Laboratorios Grifols SA, a company specialized in the research and development of hospital products such as parenteral solutions, enteral and parenteral nutrition diets, and specific products for blood banks.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of receiving, storage, order preparation, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the correct handling and storage of materials following established procedures.
  • Monitor and optimize the use of resources (space, equipment, machinery).
  • Track KPIs of associated processes, identify improvement opportunities, and manage resulting actions.
  • Continuously monitor inventory movements and coordinate periodic counts.
  • Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate, train, and evaluate the warehouse operations team.
  • Foster a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
  • Organize shifts, vacations, and replacements for direct staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (PPE, ergonomics, internal traffic).
  • Supervise basic maintenance of logistics equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as well as facilities (order, cleanliness, safety...).
  • Enforce and comply with GMP procedures or industry-specific standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in logistics processes.
  • Actively participate in implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce problems and waste.
