Requirements

What we're looking for

Driver's license and own vehicle
Bridge crane license is a plus.
Previous experience in aluminum carpentry, assembly lines, or operation of machining centers, cutting, or bending machines will be valued (not mandatory).
High responsibility, precision, and commitment to quality and safety at work.
Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude and focus on results.
Agility, order, and dedication to meeting production processes and standards.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Initial contract through a temporary employment agency, renewable month to month, followed by direct hiring by the company.

- 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.

- Rotating shifts every 15 days (morning, afternoon, and night).

- Salary: €15.88/hour and €17.11/hour for night shifts.

From the IMAN Santa Perpetua delegation, we need to hire Production and Assembly Operators for a company located in Parets, both for the assembly line and for the machining center for cutting and double-head sawing.

What you'll do

Functions

- Assembly and fitting of aluminum profiles according to technical specifications.

- Preparation, execution, and control of production processes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

- Handling of hand tools and basic manufacturing machinery (drill, screwdriver, etc.), as well as cutting machinery and machining centers.

- Inspection of parts and product quality control, ensuring they meet the required technical specifications.
